FCC Approves Move of KWLZ

All Access reports this morning that Horizon's KWLZ, currently based in Warm Springs/Bend, has gotten approval to move its community of license to West Linn. It'll be taking 96.3 FM as its frequency and downgrading to a Class 3. KWLZ is currently talk.
