Media war/First rule of PR

Here's a thought. The Tribune started in Feb. 2001, a month after the original donation. There's nothing like a media war to focus attention on you or your media outlet, even if you're the bad guy.
So, attract attention to the Tribune by it having an opposite view of The O, which you're calling out in your letter to the city.
There's no such thing as bad publicity, especially if you own a publicity machine.
