Ed does indeed get it. He understands promotion value. Ed was always pointing out the best video, news sports and weather, to producers. He's a guy who knows where the business has been, where it is, and where it is headed. Yes, accuse him of fluff, but I remember when local TV News brought something meaningful to viewers' living rooms EVERY night. Now, that happens maybe once a month, if we're lucky.
