Meteorologist Rebecca Stevenson is leaving KING-TV, but she might not be going all that far. Pat Costello, the station's vice president for news, said Stevenson resigned Sept. 6, reportedly to take a job at rival KIRO. Neither Stevenson's agent nor KIRO would comment.
If she remains in this market, Stevenson wouldn't be appearing on any broadcast until at least April because of a six-month noncompete clause in her previous contract.
