KATU needs new location, building!

KATU is getting better and the graphics are a good start. However the location and the exterior condition of the building need some serious updating.

Competitors, especially KGW and KPTV have ideal locations and buildings. NE Sandy Blvd. is not a good impression, especially for advertisers, people passing by, and the attitude of the station.

Change can be a good thing--
