When a older man, in power -- he was the Mayor of Portland I believe -- takes advantage of a child, it's beyond criminal. Period.

If you don't get that, you must not have kids.

When was she supposed to report this? When he was governor?

Unbecoming of a public official -- that's how you would characterize a crime that had a child victim and was covered up?

Not being mean, just saying it's thinking like yours that allows illegal actions like this to happen.
