I'm sure people in power

I'm sure people in power hear rumors all the time about other people in power. Is the current Governor required to report rumors he may have heard?

If he had first hand knowledge of the incidents, of course he should have reported what he knew, regardless if he was required by the Bar or not.

If anyone had first hand knowledge they are required by decency to report the abuses whether they be reporter, mayors aide or pizza delivery guy. Let's just see how this all plays out.
