The big challenge is finding someone who can work with, inspire and motivate folks that have are beat down, overwhelmed and exhausted.
The new company hasn't given us anything but talen away some holiday time but as always, wants more profits. Jobs go unfilled while the new GM hires a personal assistant. At least Marty could answer his own phones! And send out his own memos!
