There hasn't much investment

There hasn't much investment in the station in two years; so it wouldn't beyond the realm of expectation that NV has some plans to make the station competitive and add resources and personnel. There's so much a news director can do with an also-ran unless she has the support of ownership and upper management. Also, the station's promotional efforts need a complete overhaul. I would expect changes on all fronts, including personnel. The time to win has come.
