KGW Weather Hype

Watching KGW's "Storm" coverage is like reading the fine print of a contract.

"Where here in Vancouver" (Actually in Salmon Creek which is north of Vancouver), "Where here on Burnside" (and Skyline!). I guess everyone watching KGW lives on hills. They then downplay the perfectly fine freeways and act like no one should go to work. I ended up watching amateur hour on Koin to get the facts about the weather and roads. They actually said the freeways were fine and that it wouldn't be a problem for most people, how refreshing.
