yes sexism

Every time a woman joins the market, there's an immediate impugning of her intelligence no matter what she looks like. I do not see that when a man joins the market. The main improvement I've seen is that at least I don't have to throw out a bunch of comments on how the new hire slept her way into the job--which I had to do every single time a woman came into the market for the first 18 months of this site until people figured out I was just going to toss the comment.
