Erica Heartquist Is who Im talking about. former KVOA channel 4 reporter. I am speaking from experience. She dresses in suit coats that are to short and taken in on the sides. They look like little girls cloths. Terrible fashion sense and her hair style Oh my gosh she needs help.
Most of all she is to stiff on personal interviews. She sits awkward, and is not inviting like Jennifer Ivenson. Also a former KVOA TV 4 reporter.
Erica Heartquist. Is only attentive to the powers the be, or if you are in her path. And is not sweet and kind as Jennifer Iveson. Who is a person who makes you feel welcome.
On the positive side, Erica Heartquist is a good field reporter. Given assistance in fashion and style. If interviewing. Watch her posture and provide the assistance she needs.
Erica is slow to change. It took over two months at KVOA in Tucson for her to get on the ball. But just could not measure up to the rest when it comes to sharp dressed reporters.
My recommendation is keep her in the field. Wanna see something awkward. Watch her do weather. haha.
Good Luck!
