The thing that baffles me is, the one unique selling propostion radio had was live & local, able to respond quickly the the needs of a community because production costs were fairly low and it was done by people who were part of, or had a good pulse on the community. Was the premise faulty? or has the world changed that much? (excluding the concept that the corporate suits simply don't know or care what they're doing)
