With seemingly every local news outlet getting a "one-on-one" interview with Obama, I was a little curious as to how long each outlet got. It sounded, and looked, like he went down a rope line ala, a red carpet interview.
Worst question I saw, from predictably a young reporter on Fox12, "What do you think of Oregon?"
Granted, if you're only given five minutes, you're not going to get into much, but I didn't really learn anything from any of the interviews.
And what's with KATU going out of their way to do the "not all people are excited about Obama's visit" and showing Victoria Taft on KPAM? I remember when she was a pretty open-minded talk host. What the hell happened?
