Morning news time period...
1) KPTV

Late news time period...
1) KPTV (10pm)
2) KGW (11pm)
3) KATU (11pm)
4) KOIN (11pm)
5) KPTV (11pm)
6) KGW/KRCW (10pm)
KPTV can charge (and receive) the most money in early morning and late night news time periods given these demo results.
