When you post a comment, even anonymously, you should always be aware of the possibility that it could come back to haunt you. I like to air on the side of caution.

Although I like to peruse the latest scuttlebutt on here because I work in TV news, I rarely comment, even anonymously.

My reason - the possibility of losing my job, or at the very least getting a stern talking to, is not worth it just so I can air my rants.

It's not that I don't have gripes about work (everyone does), but what's the point in complaining? If I want change, I go to my boss and tell him what my problem is. If it's within his power, he helps me out. Some things he can't help me with and that's ok too... it is a business after all and there are reasons that certain decisions are made, whether I agree with them or not.
