BLACK TUESDAY at CBS

I've been reading online today of "Black Tuesday” at many CBS owned and operated television stations across the county. Permanent layoffs of both on air and behind the scenes staffers at all levels at many CBS owned and operated stations.

A few years ago, CBS was spending a fortune hiring all kinds of talent to help boost sagging ratings at many of its O and O's.
