If you are on a company networked computer then management can read ANYTHING you type on it. They may need an IT guy's help to do it, but they have the right to snoop if they want.
Like it or not, there is no such thing as privacy on a company computer. And they don't have to tell you either if they go snooping on your activities.
Every keystroke is likely preserved in some backup tape or disk.
