I was listening when the person got bleeped out, they were nominating KPOJ for weasel of the week for firing her. I hate it that they are pretending that Heidi never existed, like she was some sort of criminal. I think it is important to keep in mind that this is a very commercial corporate enterprise, and that the only way we may be able to impact such a decision is by not listening. We all know that Clear Channel is part of the media monopoly problem. So for mornings I'm moving over to KBOO or just use the iPod. I still like to listen to Thom Hartmann, but I'll skip the morning show. I've given up on Randi's rants because I hate it when she yells at callers, people who actually agree with her. And I don't think I can give up "Ring of Fire". But KPOJ mornings? Forget it. They need to give us more respect.
