I think you've got Carl and Thom confused. Thom is the one who interrupts his own lectures to interject or expand on something before he's even finished the original thought. He'll do this several times in one sentence, adding gutteral noises and "aaah....aaah" with maddening frequency as he goes. It's like listening to Hank Kimball from the old sitcom Green Acres.

Carl's -slightly- more listenable. That show needs a hands-on producer with a good, trained radio ear.
