Since the voters pamphlets come out BEFORE the ballots due, anyone with a modicum of intelligence can figure out both the candidates and the issues prior to receiving their ballot. Whatever your pursonal issues are; waiting for the last minute garbage to surface and foul the waters is not a legitimate reason to wait.
