kmtr overpaid anchors, managers

kmtr put money into it's anchors who don't work for the dough they are paid. cutting staff and paying squat to the lowers to anchors who don't work all that hard. Also, the news director and general manager have lost opportunities over the years to sieze on bringing in capitol. They are indecisive and don't know how to take risk, unless corporate holds their hands.
