i always found reade's delivery to be a little forced. his facts were strong, clearly organized and obviously well-researched, but the delivery never seemed conversational enough to me. it struck me that he was relying too much on written notes and thus remained unable to deliver the news in a casual yet informative way. anyone can read a paragraph or two off a sheet; that's not why i tune to kxl. perhaps reade is more suited to voiceover work, which is good because that's what i hear he's going to be doing at disney.
