The guy made a mistake, and he apologized. Give him a break. I don't really see what was so egregiously wrong with what he wrote. It was a simple mistake. If he'd written down Tracy Barry instead of Kimberly Maus, would you all be making such a big deal about it? No. This is as ridiculous as the "sweetie" misstep. WHO CARES?
