Thanks to KPOJ management I've broken my addiction to the morning show. I've moved back to KOPB for the morning, and mostly back to All Things considered on the drive home, because I find Randi Rhodes too abrasive. A little Mike Malloy goes a long way. Ring of Fire on Saturdays is worthwhile, don't think I'll give that up. But mornings without Heidi are not worth the commercials.
