I once wrote a letter to Ms. Tauber castigating her for referring to the Earth Liberation Front as a 'terrorist' organization, pointing out that she was merely playing into government efforts to demonize a bunch of idealistic kids who were risking all trying to save our planet from the earth rapers. Heidi not only acknowledged the error of her ways, but she actually read my letter on the air. I have been a dedicated fan of Ms. Tauber ever since, and due to her firing, I no longer listen to KPOJ. (I now get my morning news from KBOO.)
