Who would take the job?

What good news director would take a job where the former ND is still in charge? This job will not be filled by someone with a lot of experience in TV news. I think the KPTV situation would bug anyone who really wanted to have control of the newsroom. It's hard to believe Patrick would just turn over the reins and let someone else run things.
