At the moment it isn't... It got bogged down in permitting with the city which is strange becasue it's a partnership with the city. It's at least $150k over budget and hasn't even broke ground yet. It'll look nice when it's done and I think it's a solid business model, which will generate revenue, along with the occasional streaker; but I just don't see it happening by the November book.
