Delayed broadcast on USA Network

If this has to do with Friday June 27 11 p.m. newscast, then KEZI was not allowed to show any footage, as the USA
Network's delayed broadcast was scheduled later, from midnight to 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

So any official announcement from KEZI-chambers or NBC-Universal as to any of this is true?
