Looks like Channel 8 is winning noon, 5pm-7pm, and 11 pm. In short -- the actual NEWS blocks. KPTV pulls ahead of KGW in the early morning fluff and features blocks. Anyone who thinks those morning shows are "news" needs to head back to J school.
