When did we start paying attention to July rating books?

In my experience, they mean nothing because so many of the viewers are on vacation, etc. Staff too. I understand why KPTV is so excited.. they're winning a morning time slot for the first time in 2008. but come on guys, it's JULY! Your sales people don't care... and neither does anybody else. Let's talk in November, ok?
