Koin needs major changes

Yes, weak management and ownership change has hurt. However, imho, there are some things they can do to get out of the rut. 1. Change brand to "CBS 6". 2. New, more contemporary set. 3. Move Katie to 5:30. 4. Run 30 minutes at 5 and 6, syndicate 6:30 with an infotainment show.
