Cybersquatting?

If something like this went to court, wouldn't the holder of the domain actually need to demonstrate they're doing something with katu.tv rather than just sitting on it and hoping that Fisher will cave in to the extortion?

I have no problem snapping up names if you have a legit use for them, but slimy squatters, opportunists, speculators and profiteers should be beaten with clubs.
