They're called news anchors over here. And, not just anybody can do their job, especially at KOIN. Was Bernie Giusto a pushover? How about Neil Goldschmidt, or the cop who got a parking ticket, or the guy who mowed down the bicyclist with the guy on the hood, or...you pick. And I don't know one news anchor or reporter who just reads a press release word for word. Opinions are one thing. Uninformed drivel is another.
