Looks like Montoya and Whelan are being dragged thru the mud for Jeff Alan's personal satisfaction. I mean, if he would have filed the lawsuit without the elements of sex and racism it would have been pretty boring!
Jeff Alan will get what he deserves. Poor Ed Whelan, as if being let go from his job wasn't enough now he has to go through the issue all over again.
As for Kacey Montoya. I know enough about her to stick up for her. She got married that is why her name changed. The alias story sounds good but it is not true.
She is as qualified as anyone else working at KOIN. Jeff Alan has no basis that she wasn't experienced enough. She has an Emmy, an Emmy nomination, and an AP Award.
