Jeff Alan's ambulance chaser attorney is invoking Oregon's "Whistleblower" laws.
Gee, do you think that maybe the attorney shoulda done a little fact-checking before he took Jeff's word on all that nonsense? Wouldn't you think that if Jeff's lawsuit was regarded as truly heroic and noble that he might have some supporters in the KOIN newsroom?
Fact is, nobody in the newsroom...or anyplace else in the building...thought Jeff Alan knew what the hell he was doing.

Seriously, I'm not a big fan of Jason Elkins, but if I were Jason, I'd seriously consider filing a countersuit against Jeff Alan.
