Boating accident? Where?

Of course it doesn't matter where the accident occurred, because local tv news is all smoke and mirrors and perception is reality. A boat accident occurs, but the audience will never know, or care, where it happened. Darkness makes it even less important. Just get the standup, the audience will believe it happened right at that location, and life goes on. This is the reality of local tv news in market #23.
