Primitive?

The viewers who are awake enough to know what's going are aware the traffic report is being done by someone who hasn't a clue what's going on and is sitting on the ground in a chopper.
They will listen to the radio in their cars to find out what's really happening.
Viewers are *not* impressed... but Tony and the people who allow him to do such a "stupid" thing apparently are. I kind of feel sorry for Tony. He must feel at least a little embarrased when he does this.
