Yep, KBOO is great as long as you fit into one of their minority categories... I tried volunteering a couple of years ago and they immeadiately gave preferential treatment to minority individuals... Nothing left for a 20-something white male...

Ironically, I wanted to be more of a engineering volunteer instead of a production volunteer, but they said they don't allow volunteers for engineering duties... OPB said the same...
