Portland is very politically progressive, yet there are far more right-wing yapping poodles on the radio than the market calls for. The numbers tell you. Progressive radio wins...at the polls, too.
KXL, KPAM and now 910 are full of hate and bile. Rick Emerson doesn't count...at all.
What we need is more lefties. What amazes me is that none of the other stations want to emulate the success of KPOJ. I mean, radio is all about copying other successful formats, isn't it?
