... if it was done correctly, would've been amazingly valuable. It's the one thing that drives me nuts - the lack of background on how polls were conducted and the exact questions asked. My wife used to be in that business, so I'm attuned to it.

Now if the whole "how we did it" article was "we called people and asked them questions" (which I'm afraid was probably what it was), then I'd be terribly frustrated.
