A majority of the people in my school knew of her involvement in this incident during the weekend. This was most likely because our school released a make-shift newsletter to which was emailed to registered recipients. So people who checked their email got the inside scoop. The email was sent to my mom at work who works weekdays only. So thanks for the information. Both reasonings are right in a way...
