Why no news on CW Friday Night

On Friday night (10/19) the 10:00pm newscast that KGW does on CW never made it to air at my house. I have directv and I don't know if that had something to do with that.

It wasn't a problem with Direct TV.

CW master control in Seattle was having problems. It didn't get fixed until the last 30 seconds of the news.
