Was this the Marriott situation? I only caught the headline that the streets around it were blocked for hours, I never heard what ended up happening.
So, what's up with KEZI TV in Eugene these days? Korenza Burris, is she pregnant or just starting a tummy? The morning show looks good and maybe should move to the evening position, because the evening show looks like it might be still struggling since Dancer has moved on.
What about KPTV's weekend morning weather position? They moved Sophie Soong months ago. Is Drew Jackson going to stay on that shift now or are they going to fill it?
And if the rumors are true about Julia Radlick leaving this summer, any ideas on a replacement for her? Have they filled that weather/reporter position at KATU that was posted months ago?

Anyone else captivated by last Friday's Battlestar? I won't spoil it, but once again Battlestar Galatica shows why it is easily the best show on TV. You wouldn't expect such emotional depth in a TV show (let alone a sci-fi show), but man alive, this one had it.

I too was appalled at the coverage of that suicide by KGW. It's one thing when a public person (A Homeland Security Officer perhaps)offs himself in front of a public office, another when it's some guy.
Do we not have any restraint?
