KGW: Iveson Out

Submitted by LynnS on Fri, 02/01/2008 - 4:25pm.

The memo from Rod Gramer, quoted in the Pioneer Courthouse Square thread:

It is with regret that I announce that Jennifer Iveson has decided to get out of the broadcasting business. She is going to pursue other interests, most likely outside of Portland. She has been planning this move for some time, so we have been searching for her replacement.

Portland connection by hiring Erica Heartquist of KVOA to replace Jennifer in April.

Here's more about Heartquist, who is so thrilled to be back in her native Arizona that she's leaving to come back to Oregon. ;) She's a KTVL Medford alum.
